OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR WEBSITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and they do not limit obligations under a signed construction contract for a specific job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Roof Wizards maintains its principal business address (Mesa, AZ), without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that signed project contracts for work in Washington may specify Washington law. Venue for disputes arising from website use will be in courts competent to hear the dispute, unless a signed project contract provides otherwise.
